Q: What areas do A Ambassador Limousine & Transportation service?

A: A Ambassador Limousine is able to service hundreds of cities around the globe through the utilization of our close Affiliate Network.


Q: Where will my chauffeur meet me when I arrive at the airport?

A: Your chauffeur will meet you at the designated chauffeur pick up area located in baggage claim. However, A Ambassador Limousine would like passengers to kindly note that designated chauffeur areas may vary from airport to airport. If you have problems locating your chauffeur, please call A Ambassador at 1 (866) 638-5466, extension 2.


Q: What payment options do I have to pay for my trip?

A: A Ambassador Limousine accepts payments in the form of cash, credit card, and checks. Personal check payments will only be accepted one (1) week prior to your scheduled trip. You also have the option to have your credit card kept on file for future trips. In order to utilize this option, please complete and return the Credit Card Authorization Form found on the ‘Rates’ page via fax at (713) 572-4994 or email at sales@aambassador.com. Lastly, A Ambassador Limousine passengers also have the option to pay for their trips utilizing PayPal. This option can be exercised at the time the reservation is placed or when the service is rendered.


Q: Why do I need to provide my credit card information when I place a reservation?

A: Your credit card information is required to hold the reservation. It will not be charged without your prior approval or until service is rendered.


Q: What is your Cancellation and Vehicle Damage Policy?

A: If a Motor Coach trip or Shuttle Bus trip is cancelled within forty-eight to seventy-two (48-72) hours, there will be a thirty-five (35%) charge. If a Motor Coach trip or Shuttle Bus trip is cancelled within twenty-four to forty-eight (24-48) hours, there will be a fifty percent (50%) charge. If any trip is cancelled within two (2) hours prior to the trip, there will be a 100% charge. If a passenger refuses a vehicle or if a trip is flagged as ‘No Show,’ the Passenger will incur full charges for the trip. Lastly, a minimum charge of $ 300.00 will be charged to the Passenger for damages done to A Ambassador Limousine’s vehicle.


Q: What is your Wait Time Policy?

A: Wait time charges are applied to the base rate of your trip after thirty (30) minutes of your actual airport domestic arrival, or one (1) hour of your actual airport international arrival. Wait time charges will also begin fifteen (15) minutes after your set pick up time for departures and transfers. Wait time charges are calculated per fifteen (15) minute increments and can vary from vehicle to vehicle. Q: What is the difference between a ‘Transfer’ and an ‘As Directed’ trip?

A: Transfers are considered trips that will take a passenger from point A to point B. As Directed trips are considered trips that require the chauffeur to stay on location with the passenger.


Q: Does A Ambassador Limousine require a minimum amount of rental hours for ‘As Directed’ trips?

A: The minimum amounts of rental hours vary from vehicle to vehicle. A minimum of three (3) rental hours is required for our sedans and SUVs. A minimum of four (4) rental hours is required for our Mercedes sprinter vans and stretch limousine. A minimum of five (5) rental hours is required for our luxury sedans and shuttle buses. Lastly, a minimum of six (6) rental hours is required for our motor coach.


Q: What is considered an Extra Stop? Are there any fees involved in an Extra Stop?

A: An extra stop is an en route stop prior to the Passenger’s actual drop off location. Extra stop fees vary from vehicle to vehicle. It includes a fifteen (15) minute wait at the stop as a courtesy to the Passenger before wait time charges may apply. Q: Does A Ambassador Limousine provide car seats, booster seats, and wheelchairs?

A: Yes, A Ambassador does provide car seats, booster seats, and wheelchairs at $ 15.00 per item required. If you will require the use of a car seat, kindly note the age of the child during your reservation, so we may provide you with the correct type of seat per Federal and State regulations.


Q: Can I transport my pet in your vehicles? If so, are there any additional fees involved?

A: A Ambassador does allow the transportation of pets in our SUVs and Mercedes sprinter vans on the requirement that the pet stays in a Passenger-provided kennel. A $ 50.00 pet fee will be added to the base rate of the vehicle provided.
